The assessment is provided prior to the start of services.This can be done in the client's home,in the facility in which the client resides or where the client is a patient. This is obtained for every client so that we understand the needs of the client.

Our nursing staff oversees all of our caregivers and clients. However, sometimes skilled nursing care is needed. Our nursing staff are available for skilled nursing care for a fee.

The homemaker will assist with shopping, meal prep, laundry, errands, vacuuming, dish washing, cleaning and wiping down the kitchen and bathroom, making and changing beds. This can also be for socialization purposes, driving to appointments, or just a nice walk.

These caregivers help with all personal care, all activities of daily living including, getting ready for the day and getting ready for bed, oral hygiene, medication reminders (from a medication planner), assistance with transfers, including any homemaking tasks and monitoring for safety.

These services are by one HHA or CNA over a 24-hour period provided that the client sleeps through the night. There are certain requirement that need to be met and our staff will gladly go over these before the start of services.
